Opportunity is not equally available to everyone. The resources must be available to every single person to say “everyone”.
If the country you live in does have equally available medical care to all, pension for all, disability for all, unemployment to all, childcare for all, education for all and etc. to every single person: Then everyone has an opportunity to live a happy and safe life.
Remember it is not the country that provides equally to everyone but the government, which is the peoples vehicle to protect and meet the needs for all, equally.
