The human animal needs to “be” an animal who understands the human organism contains a thinking process that is the results of evolution for survival of the organism.
When the thinking process is recognized as a human organism’s creation (of a very cool thinking process via the brain) through nature’s evolutionary process. These evolutionary tweaks being the results of the collaboration of microbiome (community of microorganisms). Then the proper use of the thinking process can be first for body maintenance and second for human community living. In support of the human cooperative community.

My self suspects that the thinking process is unique to the human organism, one of kind, individual and become and “I” inside of the cultural where the accident of birth happened for that human organism.
Actually the thinking process should see its self, as a self who is a part of the organism, whose first responsibility is to those life forms who share the organism and second to the community of human organisms starting with a family, Mother, Father and maybe siblings. OF COURSE, here is where everything falls apart., because of the accident of birth place in time, location, culture and attributes.
My self now suggest taking a look at the writing with the Title of Recognitions. Hmmm, actually this is probably the only accurate “my” can be used.
