Adam Smith’s Wealth of Nation was written in 1776 and it was a description of what he saw going on, an economy. With the coming of the industrial age what he described changed which he never commented upon. Also, he issued 5 editions after the first one, modifications of what he said earlier…so…. Why do we think what we said about the economy shouldn’t be constantly modified.
His first book was called Moral Sentiment which he modified five times.
